How to Prepare Your Apple Device Before Visiting a Service Provider
1. Back Up Your Data
Your iPhone data may be erased during service. Please ensure you back up your data either on your computer or using iCloud. We will not be responsible for any data loss, so we strongly recommend you back up your device before visiting the service centre.
2. Know Your Apple ID and Password
You will need your Apple ID and password during your appointment to disable Find My Device. Please note that we cannot accept any device with Find My Device active.
3. Update to the Latest iOS
Updating to the latest iOS allows us to properly diagnose your device. Save time by having the latest iOS installed before you arrive.
4. Turn Off Stolen Device Protection
Before visiting the Service Centre, please ensure that Stolen Device Protection is turned off.
