Salary Up to – 20,000 pm (Basis on interview process)
- Calling existing leads (inquired customers) to persuade them to purchase Apple products and services.
- Answering Customer calls and assist them in purchase
- Timely take follow ups to close purchase inquiry
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer inquiry.
- Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
- Successfully convert the leads into sales
- Guide customers to choose Apple products as per inquiry
- Probe customer to understand need and answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Guide customers to select right payment platform from available options
- Pitch available offers and benefits provided by the company
- Help customer to place an online order
- Coordinate with concern team to process the order
- Guide & Direct customers to choose IVENUS stores as per location
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Key skills required:-
- Must be a Graduate.
- Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to follow scripts.
- Must be a fast learner in respect of technical gadgets , specially to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Exceptional customer service skills.
