Experience;- Minimum 1 year of experience in Mobile repairing / Technical support role

Location –  Surat & Vapi

Salary Up to – Upto 20k + incentives (basis interview process)

Education: B. Tech / BCA / B. E&C

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Requirement for Customer technical support for the Apple authorised service center. Responsible to identify problem-related to hardware & software of Apple devices & accurate reporting in the system.
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Creating policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Desired Candidate profile

Fault diagnosis & resolution of iPhone, Mac OS desktop & Strong technical skills in troubleshooting of Apple Devices & provide solutions for Other technical/non-technical tasks in a timely manner.
