Position: Customer Support Executive

Location:Gandhidham
Department: Service Center

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend customers visiting the service center and understand their concerns.
  • Register service requests and create job sheets in the system.
  • Coordinate with technicians for repair status and updates.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding service progress.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  • Ensure proper documentation of devices received and delivered.
  • Maintain service records, customer data, and MIS reports.
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.

Preferred:

  • Experience in electronics, mobile, or consumer durable service centers.
  • Ability to handle multiple customers and service requests efficiently.
