Position: Customer Support Executive
Location:Gandhidham
Department: Service Center
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers visiting the service center and understand their concerns.
- Register service requests and create job sheets in the system.
- Coordinate with technicians for repair status and updates.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding service progress.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure proper documentation of devices received and delivered.
- Maintain service records, customer data, and MIS reports.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
Preferred:
- Experience in electronics, mobile, or consumer durable service centers.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and service requests efficiently.
