Venus Data Products believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a clear and standardised cancellation and refund policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • All order cancellations are subject to 3% cancellation fee.
  • No cancellation allowed for orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations will be entertained for products purchased under special occasion offers (such as Independence Day, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc.).
  • No cancellation allowed on products purchased under affordability programs (including cashback offers, exchange offers, and EMI schemes).
  • No cancellation allowed on iPhone orders once the product is unbricked or activated.
  • Venus Data Products reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Return & Refund Policy

There could be rare circumstances where you may receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product. In such cases, we will replace the product at no extra cost, subject to the following conditions:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery regarding any damaged/defective/wrong product.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in the original manufacturer-sealed packaging with price tags, labels, and invoices intact.
  • Products must be returned in a properly secured package to avoid further damage during transit.
  • The return process may be restricted based on product category or condition of the product after delivery inspection.
Refund Terms:

Refunds are applicable only for unused, unopened products after deducting 3% cancellation charges and any applicable shipping fees.
Refund will be processed only after product inspection and approval by Venus Data Products or its authorised partner.

 

Refund timelines:
    • Credit/Debit Card payments: refunded to the original card within 7-9 working days.
    • Net Banking: refunded to the bank account within 7-9 working days.
    • Other payment methods (including UPI, wallets): refund via cheque/NEFT within 7-9 working days to the original billing name.
    • All refunds and returns are at the discretion of Venus Data Products Pvt Ltd.
